1.2 The scope of services, pricing, and any additional terms will be agreed upon between ITraffico and the Customer in a separate agreement or proposal.

1.3 ITraffico reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services without prior notice or liability.

2. Customer Obligations

2.1 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services by ITraffico.

2.2 The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or accounts provided by ITraffico and agrees not to share them with any third parties.

2.3 The Customer agrees not to engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities that may adversely affect ITraffico’s services or reputation.

3. Payment

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the fees and charges as specified in the agreed-upon proposal or agreement.

3.2 Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable payment methods, will be outlined in the agreement or proposal.

3.3 In the event of non-payment or late payment, ITraffico reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until outstanding payments are made.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property rights related to ITraffico’s services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, remain the sole property of ITraffico.
4.2 The Customer acknowledges that any content provided to ITraffico for use in marketing campaigns or website development is either owned by the Customer or the Customer has obtained the necessary rights and permissions for its use.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 ITraffico will make reasonable efforts to provide quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

5.2 ITraffico shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including any loss of data or interruption of business.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 ITraffico and the Customer agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of their business relationship.

6.2 This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiration of the agreement between ITraffico and the Customer.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the parties cannot reach a resolution, any legal action must be brought in the courts of Israel

8. Modification of Terms

8.1 ITraffico reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the Customer.

8.2 Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
